Along the south west of France, at a half hour drive north of Biarritz lays Les Échasses a hidden Ecolodge with spa on a 4-hectare domain, co-habited by local fauna: rabbits, moles, frogs, sometimes ducks or other birds resting on our lake on their migration route. Welcomed as we have been ourselves, we now share this little piece of land with that mindset.
Les Echasses is an ecofriendly hotel designed with respect to its natural surroundings. Distributed on stilts around a vast lake, our cabanas are fully integrated in their environment.
Everything here incites serenity and calmness for our guests. Observing the sunset mirroring on the water surface from the swinging hammocks in the quiet shade beneath the pergola, the pool calls for a fresh dive before having a glass of our organic wine with your feet in the sand.
As you wander around the domain, you will discover our orchard, our vegetable garden, bee hives, etc. They provide invaluable organic products served on our breakfast buffet and the meals we serve on site.
